Program Educational Objective (PEO) of Mathematics Doctoral Programme
The Program Educational Objective (PEO) of the Mathematics Doctoral Programme is to produce a mathematician who devoted to God Almighty and has the integrity and ability (competence) to:
PO 1. | Conduct research and dissemination in the field of advanced mathematics and its application. |
PO 2. | Produce theories, methodologies, and/or new (original/novelty) methods which contribute to advanced mathematics and its applications. |
PO 3. | Conduct teaching, mentoring, and professional service in the field of Mathematics and its application. |
Po 4. | Follow the development of science continuously (become lifelong learners) and adapt to the development of science and technology, especially in the field of mathematics and its application. |

Programme Learning Outcome (PLO)
After completing the programme, the successful students become graduates who:
PLO 1. | Devote to God Almighty, uphold human values, internalize academic values and ethics, and be responsible for working in the area of expertise independently. |
PLO 2. | Mastering philosophy of mathematics and one of the fields in mathematics (algebra, analysis, applied mathematics, statistics, computational mathematics, computational statistics) |
PLO 3. | Able to think logically, analytically, inductively, deductively, and structured; having the ability to manage, lead, and develop research programs independently; and being able to communicate their thoughts as well as his work to the scientific community and the general public. |
PLO 4. | Creating new concepts and/or new methods (original) in the field of mathematics that is recognized nationally and internationally. |
PLO 5. | Able to apply mathematics according to their field of expertise to solve problems, including those that require a multidisciplinary, cross-disciplinary, or transdisciplinary approach. |
PLO 6. | Having lifelong learning skills and being adaptive to the development of science and techno-logy, especially in fields related to Mathematics and its applications |
