At the MIPA Expo 2024, the MIPA Talk session featured a special guest, Muhammad Hanif, a mathematics student from the class of 2023 who has achieved numerous accolades since the beginning of his studies. One of his most notable accomplishments is achieving a perfect Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 4.00 in his first year of college. Additionally, he has participated in the National Mathematics and Science Olympiad (ONMIPA) at the national level.
During the session, Muhammad Hanif shared his experiences and offered several tips to participants on effective study methods. This MIPA Talk session was attended not only by university students but also by high school students who were specially invited to participate in the MIPA Expo 2024 events. Hanif emphasized the importance of good time management, discipline in completing assignments, and consistency in deeply understanding the material, which is relevant for both current and prospective students.
Hanif also recounted his experience competing in the Clash of Champions Ruang Guru competition, which he described as providing valuable lessons on facing challenges and maintaining focus under pressure.
The enthusiasm of the participants, especially the high school students, for the content shared by Hanif was very high. They felt inspired by the tips and tricks he provided, which were highly relevant to the challenges they face in school. Many were motivated to study harder and prepare for the college experience.
