The 360 Degrees Consulting team, consisting of students from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and Universitas Indonesia (UI), has successfully won first place in the 2024 Innovation Mini Case Challenge (IMCC). Organized by JobHun, the competition aims to hone students’ abilities in providing strategic solutions based on real-world case studies.
In this event, 360 Degrees Consulting presented a proposal titled “JobHun’s Strategic Solutions for Enhancing Conversion Rates and Market Expansion.” The proposal captured the judges’ attention with its data-driven solutions that are highly relevant for developing JobHun’s career platform, particularly in increasing user conversion rates and expanding its market reach.
Miracle, one of the team members, shared that their preparation involved an in-depth analysis of consumer behavior and digital marketing strategies. “We strived to deliver solutions that are not only innovative but also directly applicable to JobHun,” he said.
This victory solidifies 360 Degrees Consulting’s position as one of the top teams in national-level competitions. In addition to the award, they also received recognition for their strategic thinking and strong collaboration.
IMCC 2024 serves as a platform for students to develop analytical skills in addressing complex challenges in the professional world. This achievement is expected to inspire other students to continue excelling at national and international levels.
