The Enthusiasm of Students Enlivened the Final Examination of Semester II T.A. 2024/2025 Master of Mathematics Study Program

Yogyakarta, June 16, 2025 – The Final Semester Examination (UAS) for Semester II of the 2024/2025 Academic Year in the Master of Mathematics Study Program at FMIPA UGM took place in an orderly and smooth manner. The exam started on Thursday, June 12, 2025 and ended on Friday, June 20, 2025.

The first day of UAS implementation went well and smoothly. Students seemed enthusiastic and well-prepared to face the various exams scheduled on that day. On the other hand, the education staff and supervising lecturers have also carried out their duties with dedication, ensuring that the exam atmosphere remains conducive. The exam time was two hours for each course tested.

The entire series of examinations was carried out offline in each classroom in the S2 / S3 FMIPA Building on the 3rd floor that had been determined, with close supervision from the Department of Mathematics education staff who served as supervisors and responsible for the exam. Students took the exam with enthusiasm and responsibility according to the schedule that had been distributed by the study program.

The Head of the Master of Mathematics Study Program, Prof. Dr. Sri Wahyuni, S.U., expressed her appreciation to all parties involved in the preparation and implementation of the UAS. “Hopefully the final exam of this semester will be a good evaluation moment for all students to improve their academic competence. Uphold honesty in answering exam questions as part of the academic integrity upheld by the university. We would like to thank the supervisory team and staff who supported the implementation of this exam,” he explained.

In addition, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UGM also provides academic assistance services such as the exam schedule information center, technical assistance, and health units if needed by students during the exam.

The Study Program hopes that all students can take the exam smoothly, comply with all applicable regulations and hopefully students can achieve optimal results and prepare for the next semester.
