Students from the UGM Mathematics Department have once again demonstrated their excellence, this time at the “RASIO 7.0” competition organized by Universitas Padjajaran. The final competition was held online on Saturday, October 14, 2023. In this prestigious competition, which brought together talented participants from various universities, UGM students achieved remarkable success in multiple categories.
Statistics Olympiad: Gian Lucky Saputra (Statistics 2021) and Daud Muhammad Azhari (Statistics 2021) secured the first-place position in the Statistics Olympiad category.
Infographic Competition: A team composed of Priscilla Deviana Tachija (Actuarial Science 2021), Rafael Wicaksono Hadi (Actuarial Science 2022), and Revaldy Hazza Daniswara (Actuarial Science 2022) claimed the top spot in the Infographic Competition.
Data Science Competition: In the Data Science Competition, Amilia Nur Budiarti (Statistics 2021), Agnes Fiorela Chrisnanda (Statistics 2021), and Saprina Saputri (Statistics 2021) achieved an impressive second-place finish.
