Rika Fitriani

Biography

Rika Fitriani is a lecturer in the Department of Mathematics, University of Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. She earned both her bachelor’s and first master’s degree in statistics from the University of Gadjah Mada. In 2020, she has completed her second master’s degree in actuarial science at the University of Waterloo, Canada.

She has been working as a lecturer at the University of Gadjah Mada since 2016. She has comprehensive teaching experience in statistics and actuarial science courses. She is a part of the Statistics Laboratory in her department. She did some research on statistics and actuarial science.

 

Research interests

Rika’s research interests include Bayesian analysis, mortality modeling, and machine learning method.
